Cien Sun - Protection isn't just for special occasions.

ASK: Encourage young men in Ireland to see sunscreen as an everyday health habit, not something reserved for sunny days or holidays. Make daily sunscreen use and regular reapplication feel simple, relevant and normal.

INSIGHT: Young men already have everyday habits that protect them — from carrying umbrellas to using protection when they need it. Yet UV protection is often the one form of protection missing from their daily routine.

IDEA: Protection Isn’t Just for Special Occasions
Reframe sunscreen as everyday protection, using familiar moments and a playful tone to make the habit feel natural. Cien Sun turns protection from a special-occasion choice into an everyday essential.
