Jiro-style ramen refers to a unique and cult-favorite style of ramen originating from Ramen Jiro, a famous ramen chain in Japan. The ramen is usually piled high with toppings including huge amount of bean sprouts, cabbage, pork chashu, pork back fat and garlic, usually raw and minced.

This logo features its special ordering style for these toppings, called 'mashimashi (マシマシ/増増), where customers can customise their bowl by choosing extra amounts of toppings. We have to say 'ninniku mashimashi (にんにくマシマシ)' when you want extra garlic.
